Statement

My practice is a blend of my experiences in making, architecture, and graphic design, exploring the creative intersections between art, design, and craft. Inspired by the digital aesthetic and the random beauty of digital glitches, I translate abstract digital designs into physical pieces, such as tactile embroideries, prints, and drawings.

I aim to emulate and re-contextualise the principles of screen-based design using physical materials. Through this process, I mix colours by layering threads to create new hues or explore the capabilities of physical colours compared to digital. I serve as the human layer between digital precision and the final piece, giving each work its unique character.
